Dr. Milnes received his Doctorate degree from Life University College of Chiropractic with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2002. He graduated locally from St. Petersburg College and he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of South Florida in 1996. Dr. Milnes has worked throughout Florida including Gainesville, Orlando and Tampa. He has expanded his knowledge by working together with medical physicians and orthopedic surgeons. His experience has helped him become more effective at treating a wide variety of injuries. Active Chiropractic has been opened in his hometown of Clearwater since 2006.

Since he began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Milnes has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care. These certifications include: Impairment Rating for Disability Evaluation of the 5th Ed. AMA Guide and Arthur Croft's Whiplash & Brain Injury Traumatology Mod I-III. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.
